The producers of Alambi are mindful of their environmental impact and actively practice environmentally friendly techniques while protecting water sources, resulting in rich biodiversity on their farms. The coffee processing begins with manually selecting only the ripe cherries, before they are pulped, fermented between 24-48hrs, washed and dried until desired humidity level.
