Ricarte grows coffee with passion, carrying out the entire process under technical guidance. His coffee is Washed processed after being carefully harvested by hand. Caring for the environment is important to his work. They conserve the forest trees of the farm to better protect the land and produce their own compost as fertiliser. Within their community, they contribute to environmental stewardship.
